Palm kernel oil is extracted from the kernel of the fruit of a palm tree called “Elaeis Guineensis” and comes mainly from Southeast Asia.
After a complete refining in our factory, the oil undergoes an appropriate hydrogenation that is specially conducted according to the requirements of our customers.
Our palm kernel oil is packed in 17 kg barrels, 25 kg cartons lined with polyethylene bags and in 190 kg barrels.
The palm kernel oil is an excellent substitute for cocoa butter in the production of substituted chocolate. It is used for the cover and coating of biscuits as well as for confectioning toffees, caramel and chewy sweets.
In order to keep the product intact, it is advisable to store it in a cool and dry place.
