Fabrication de patisserie à l'huile de palme

Palm oil is extracted from a palm tree called “Elaeis Guineensis”, and comes mainly from Southeast Asia.

After a complete refining in our factory, the oil undergoes an appropriate hydrogenation that is specially conducted according to the requirements of our customers.
Our palm oil is packed in 17 kg barrels, 25 kg cartons lined with polyethylene bags and in 190 kg barrels.

Palm oil is widely used in the biscuit industry. Its plasticity and texture contribute strongly to obtaining a product with the best organoleptic characteristics.

Storage conditions:
In order to keep the product intact, it is advisable to store it in a cool and dry place.
